Last week, Washington Local Schools board member, Patricia Carmean, was fearing for her life and petitioned Lucas County for a Civil Stalking Protection Order against the former superintendent Patrick Hickey.
Here are the videos from Carmean’s entire hearing — where she documents the history between Patrick Hickey and herself.
Here is #2 of Carmean’s Petition of protection against Patrick Hickey.
In addition to filing a police report on 4/20/17, Patricia Carmean filed another T.P.D. report in February.
Carmean filed a police report over the theft of a “Scleroderma (sic) magnet” from her vehicle, allegedly removed during a basketball game on 2/16/17. She accuses a ‘Patrick’ of the theft and although she was parked in a “well-lighted area.” According to the report, “Patricia had Patrick down as suspect, but he wasn’t seen doing it and she stated the video tape wasn’t clear.”
The value was set at $5.00.
Her video testimony confirms she believes it was Patrick Hickey.
Reminder: The game happened at Saint Ursula Academy. Meaning, she went through security footage over a $5.00 magnet, found no evidence and still chose to file a report with the Toledo Police.
