Meet Blair Kelli Kaluahine
A 36-yera-old Acreage man arrested Sunday night for allegedly groping a bar employee threatened to shoot a Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputy after he was apprehended, according to an arrest report.
Blair Kelli Kaluahine then changed his tactics. Kaluahine offered the deputy $3,000 and volunteered to paint and pressure wash his house “if I let him go without charging him,” the deputy wrote in the report.
Kaluahine is facing charges of disorderly intoxication, simple battery, threatening a public servant and bribery of a public servant. He was released from the Palm Beach County Jail on Monday after posting an $8,000 bond.
Deputies were called to the Kocomo’s Island Grill at the Grove Market Shopping Center on Seminole Pratt Whitney Road after Kaluahine groped the female employee and wouldn’t stop despite being told to do so, the report said. When Kaluahine was instructed to leave the bar by the manager, he refused.
Upon a deputy’s arrival at the scene, Kaluahine allegedly tried to run out the bar’s back door before he was detained.
Kaluahine was placed under arrest for disorderly intoxication and simple battery. But Kaluahine added to the list of charges as he was being transported to jail, according to the arrest report.
Kaluahine told the deputy he was going to “shoot me” and that when he got out of jail, “I better wear my (bullet proof)vest ‘cause you know why,” the deputy wrote in the report.
When the alleged threats didn’t work, Kaluahine tried to kill the deputy with kindness by offering money and personal services.
